12 Week Program
The 2018 Half and Full Marathon Training Program is a 12-week program which meets two times a week designated to prepare runners and walkers for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. Participants will meet once for a trackwork and then on Saturday for a group long run. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy. This 2018 season will be geared towards our coaches helping you train for any race you choose!
