I’m on week 7 of the 10 week half marathon plan. My experience thus far has been great! Both coach Russell and Mary are fantastic. Coach Russell checks in with me on Sunday's and he’s always available to answer calls or texts during the week. I hated Tuesday’s at the track however now, although I still do not like them, I totally see the benefit. I am not only feeling more confident on my runs but I’ve gotten faster and stronger. Coach Russell actually takes into account the notes I send on Sunday for the following week’s plan. The plan is great and the fact that even after you graduate you can show up to the Tuesday and Saturday group workout is the best part I think. Because it provides you with a running community.
The stretching clinic was probably one of the best clinic's I've been to. I really learned a lot and am looking forward to adding what I learned into a routine.
