I hope you enjoy this cool and refreshing treat on these final hot days before the autumn cool sets in. Tropical Fruit Dip is so easy to make! It serves as a great after-school snack or light dessert. Let the kids help make it and pick which fruits to pair with the dip.
1) In a stand mixer or with a handheld electric mixer whip cream cheese and marshmallow cream until smooth.
2) Add cinnamon and mix until combined evenly
3) Add pineapple, coconut, pecans and mix until combined evenly.
4) Place dip in a storage container and refrigerate at least 1 hour prior to serving.
Serve dip with sliced apples, strawberries, grapes, melon or fruit of your choice.
